Business professors from The Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario and the Laurentian University of Sudbury favoured "Employment & Business Journal" as a prevalent and effective print, web medium to meet the growing demands of recruitment in the new millenium. The publisher/director Cynthia L. Wilson was awarded "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Industry Canada, FedNor and the Ontario Association of Community Development Corporations Inc. for the publications accomplishments. The selection process was determined by the above mentioned universities.
